1. Services

Legacy Claims Group LLC provides assistance in recovering surplus funds owed to individuals after foreclosure or tax sales.

2. No Upfront Fees

You will never owe us anything upfront. We operate strictly on a contingency basis, meaning we only get paid if we successfully recover funds on your behalf.

3. Paymnet Process

Once funds are recovered, they are issued directly to Legacy Claims Group LLC. From there, we deduct our agreed-upon fee and promptly send your portion of the recovery, as outlined in the signed agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, sign necessary paperwork, and cooperate as needed during the recovery process.

5. No Guarantees

While we make every effort to recover funds, we do not guarantee results. Each case is subject to legal review and eligibility.

6. Confidentiality

All personal and financial information shared with us is kept strictly confidential and used only for the purpose of processing your claim.

7. Termination

You may terminate your engagement with us in writing at any time before recovery is completed. Once funds are recovered, our fee is non-refundable.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Arizona, in which Legacy Claims Group LLC operates.
